PLACING AN ORDER
Orders can be placed by choosing any one of the photos shown on the scarves+shawls page or on the throws+cushions page. If your choice is available I will immediately let you know the price. If not I will be able to create something for you on commission. The procedure to order an exclusive item is:
1. Identify the product you wish: scarf, shawl, throw or cushion cover.
2. Decide the approximate size you prefer, both width and length.
3. Select colours and preferred yarns, if you know them. If not, I will advise you on the most appropriate for the effect you wish.
4. Email me or fill in the form below with your information.
5. I will let you know the price, 50% of it to be paid in advance when you place the order, either by PayPal - see below - or cheque.
6. Upon completion of your item I will send you a photo of it; final payment is due at this time before the item is sent.
7. Upon receipt of payment the item will be shipped.
8. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, you may return it. Upon receiving it and if it is in original condition, you will be sent a refund, minus the S+H charges and a 10% fee.
